Oh my goodness! I love my whale ornament SO MUCH. Originally, she got lost in the mail, but I contacted the shop owner and she sent a replacement asap. The second whale arrived so quickly -- she's absolutely perfect. I'm super impressed with the quality and the shop owner's handling of my concerns. I will definitely be using this shop again!!

This item shipped immediately and arrived very quickly. It is smaller than I expected, but that is my own fault for not looking at dimensions closely. It's a really cute ornament and I noticed many similarly cute ones in her store!
